Shipping
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days and Express takes 5–8 business days, counted from the day you place your order. You pick your shipping method at checkout, and the price is shown before you pay. These are estimates, not guarantees: a small share of orders take longer.

Returns
- Unopened sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- For hygiene reasons, opened sets can't be returned unless something is wrong with them.
- Item damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
